It is raining and its morning

This is highly unusual -- it's 9am and raining. So is it officially monsoon season then? I have been ignoring the dewpoint in favor of having a holiday weekend. I hope it keeps raining all day and night for the rest of the summer. It will never happen though. But I can dream!
